Next time you step into our office take a look around our waiting room. This is your competition. Ask yourself, “Do they have more experience? Better college?” The answer is yes. There is always someone better than you. Ultimately your question should be, “How do I get ahead.”

Take the initiative. Do not wait to “Learn on the Job”. Think of the programs and skills you currently have and improve them. You should treat your skills like an athlete’s, the more you train the better you’ll be and eventually get paid more for it.
