Does Asset Staffing, Inc. charge a fee?

Are there any direct hire job opportunities available?
Asset specializes in temporary and temporary to hire staffing. However, Asset will inform you on any direct hire job opportunities if available.
How long are the temporary assignments?
Assignments vary in duration. They can range from a week to as long as a year.
What should I bring to the interview?
Bring a copy of your resume and 2 forms of identification.
How long is the interview?
By submitting your resume online and reviewing our forms before the interview we can skip the waiting and get straight to the interview. We have further streamlined our interviewing process by giving our candidates the option to take an online skill assessment test.
Will my skills be tested?
Yes, while your experience will play a major part in our process to identify, select and match candidates to assignments, a test score will help us further make a much more perfect match.
Is it necessary to take a skill assessment test?
Yes. By understanding your experience and skills we can accurately place you in the best position available. We are confident in the Employees we hire and the 'Skills Test' will only support our confidence.
Will I need to sign any forms?
For the interview we will need you to complete and sign a w4 and I9. A W4 is required so we can withhold the correct federal income tax from your pay. I9 is required by law in order to document each new employee (both citizen and non-citizen) hired is authorized to work in the United States.
