Quality Assurance Program

Asset Staffing's quality assurance program is among the best in our industry.  After we assign an employee to your office, we conduct extensive follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.  The elements of our program are as follows:

WAKE-UP CALL
On the first day of every new assignment, and about 90 minutes prior to the start of the assignment, we call our employee to confirm that they have all pertinent job-related details, and that they will arrive on time.  This contact helps to improve punctuality and preparedness.

ARRIVAL CHECK
Within the first 10 minutes of a new assignment, we conduct an arrival check to confirm the employee arrived at your office on time and prepared for their assignment.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
At the end of the first day of the assignment, we conduct a performance evaluation with the department to confirm that our employee has performed the job to your satisfaction.

WEEKLY CHECK
At the end of the first week of any long-term assignment or the completion of the assignment, we check to confirm the employee's punctuality, efficiency and productivity during the assignment.

UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE
We believe so strongly that our quality assurance program is so thorough and our employees so reliable, that we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of any employee we assign to your firm, we will not invoice you for their time.  Simply contact us within 3 days of the original start date and there will be no charge for the service.
