When you register or utilize this web site, we may ask for certain personal information. Asset may also request your job search criteria, employment experience, educational background, job skills, employment and personal references and any other background information contained in your resume. For candidates who have worked for Asset or previously registered with Asset their social security number may be used to facilitate the registration process.

Asset uses personal information and other data collected through the web site to register you with the web site in order to provide you with information regarding career-related and employment opportunities and to otherwise provide you with information and services provided by Asset Staffing. The jobs portion of the Asset web site is powered by Bullhorn. When you submit registration information and/or your resume, your personal information is hosted in a segregated area of Bullhorn’s servers. In doing so, your personal information is subject to Bullhorn’s Privacy Policy. Resumes and other personal information forwarded to Asset Staffing and its affiliates via job boards such as Monster, Career Builder, Craig’s List and others is also subject to their respective privacy policies.
Disclosure of Personal Information

  • Asset will disclose information to our clients, where appropriate, in connection with provisions of staffing services.

  • Asset may disclose information to the extent necessary to government agencies, advisors and other third parties in order to comply with applicable laws or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to (a) comply with the law requiring such disclosure; (b) protect the rights or property of Asset Staffing or its affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime; (d) protect national security or (e) protect the personal safety of the users or the public.

Asset works to keep our servers, applications and databases secure from unauthorized access by using administrative and physical measures to protect the information Asset maintains. Unfortunately, Asset cannot guarantee security. If you have security concerns, do not transmit that information to Asset.

Timesheets and Timekeeping
In order to process payroll, Asset may collect personal data which will include either your social security number or tax identification number. This information will be used to process payroll either through Asset’s operations or by a vendor of Asset Staffing.
Children
Asset’s web site is not intended for children under the age of 16. Asset does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16.
Changes to Privacy Policy
Asset may change or amend this policy as it relates to future use of this web site from time to time or for any reason.
